Food Allergies

We care deeply about the health and safety of our clients; however, by using this Site and reviewing our menu, you acknowledge and accept the following regarding our food and beverage offerings:

● It is the sole responsibility of the customer to clearly inform us of any severe food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary restrictions prior to placing an order at our establishment.

● While we employ strict hygiene protocols to accommodate dietary requests, our kitchen handles ingredients containing common allergens—including, but not limited to, nuts, gluten, dairy, seafood, soy, and eggs. Consequently, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment, and we accept no liability for trace cross-contamination that occurs via airborne particles or shared kitchen infrastructure.

● Guests with life-threatening or hyper-sensitive allergies should order our food and beverages at their own discretion and assume all associated risks. We shall not be

held liable for any adverse physical reactions resulting from a failure to notify us of an allergy, or from inherent risks of cross-contact.

Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

Shipping

Thank you for shopping with us! Because we specialize in freshly prepared, high-quality Kosher food and groceries, our delivery process follows a strict weekly schedule to ensure absolute freshness. Please read our guidelines below.

1. Delivery Zone & Restrictions

  • We deliver exclusively within Valencia and its surrounding areas up to a maximum radius of 20 km.
  • If your delivery address falls outside of this 20 km radius, your order will unfortunately be canceled and refunded automatically.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

  • To qualify for delivery, a minimum order value of €30 is required at checkout. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.

3. Weekly Ordering Schedule & Deadlines

To ensure everything is prepared fresh for Shabbat, we operate on a fixed weekly timeline:

  • Ordering Window: Monday morning until Wednesday at 18:00.

4. Delivery Days & Times

  • All deliveries are made on Fridays between 13:30 and 18:30.
  • Because our drivers navigate varying traffic conditions and optimal route planning, we cannot guarantee specific or fixed delivery times slots within this window.‍

5. Customer Responsibility at Delivery

  • Perishable Goods: Since our products consist of fresh, temperature-sensitive food items, someone must be present at the delivery address during the 13:30 – 18:30 window to accept the order.
  • Missed Deliveries: If our driver arrives and is unable to reach you or leave the package safely, the order will be returned to our kitchen to prevent spoilage. Due to health regulations, missed deliveries of fresh food are not eligible for refunds or redelivery.
